This superb and spacious cottage has extremely comfortable accommodation for extended families or friends. Entrance through conservatory/utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Large well-equipped farmhouse kitchen/dining room with built in freezer, separate larder fridge, range cooker, dishwasher and microwave.

Downstairs double bedroom, shower/WC. Sitting room with open fireplace (fuel is provided free) second sitting room (also with colour television) off kitchen, door to a large, comfortably furnished, garden conservatory.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a third colour television, three twin bedded rooms, a family bathroom/WC, a separate WC and a separate shower room.

Two extra beds for children under 10 years of age if required.

Large secure garden with croquet lawn (equipment provided). Gas barbecue.

Dogs are welcome all year in this cottage.
