A spacious cottage which has its own private walled garden. Entrance through a conservatory into the lobby, off which is on the left, a separate fully-fitted kitchen, and on the right, a bathroom/wc with electric shower over the bath.

Superb 'L' shaped living room with vaulted ceiling, multi-fuel stove (fuel is provided free), dining area, and entrance to comfortably furnished garden conservatory. Open tread stairs from living room to first floor galleried landing.

Double bedroom with second tv. Bathroom/wc. Two twin-bedded rooms, one of which can accommodate an extra child's bed. Walled garden. Gas barbecue.

Dogs are welcome all year in this cottage.
