Separate fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, larder fridge and separate freezer; bathroom WC with electric shower over-bath.

Open tread stairs to first floor: Galleried landing. Double bedroom with second colour television. Two twin bedded rooms. Bathroom/WC. Full oil-fired central heating. Walled garden. Gas Barbecue.

Dogs are welcome all year in this cottage.
